Reporting to the VP of Aurum Laboratory, the Communication Specialist is responsible for providing professional and efficient customer care and follow-up to The Aurum Group’s clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls with clients regarding The Aurum Group’s service, products and materials
Handle any customer complaints and follow up to ensure complaint is resolved
Maintain and build customer relationships by providing optimum customer service
Contact inactive customers
Utilize communication tools to get feedback from customers (e.g. surveys)
Liaison with Department Managers for effective and open communication
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a dental lab or as a dental assistant
