Five Year Porcelain
and Metal Restoration Guarantee*
When you send your prescription for Ceramics, Porcelain Fused to Metal,
Veneer Facings, Maryland Bridges or Crown and Bridge to Aurum Ceramic/Classic
Dental Laboratories, each completed case will be protected by a full FIVE
(5) YEAR GUARANTEE against defects in material or craftsmanship. A separate
FIVE YEAR PATIENT GUARANTEE program is also available. Two Years Coverage
on Composites and Hybrid Composites*
All single composite and hybrid composite restorations will be guaranteed
for TWO (2) YEARS against defects in material or craftsmanship.* TARGIS™/VECTRIS™
Bridges are covered to a maximum of THREE (3) units.This
guarantee does not apply to bonding failures. Cases where failure occurs
due to debonding are not considered to be the result of inferior workmanship.
