Both single and dual wheel Pro-Trim models are fitted with heavy duty 3/4 HP motors- delivering 50% more horsepower than the standard Wehmer trimmers. The new Diamond Trimmer Wheel replaces the standard silicon-carbide coarse wheel resulting in a 40% faster cutting rate and a smoother finish on plaster, stone, epoxy and acrylic models, while lasting 20 times longer than standard resinoid wheels. An electric solenoid water control valve is standard equipment.

The most popular model trimmer in the orthodontic industry. This model has seen years of tried and true performance. Designed specifically for the orthodontic laboratory, it is excellent for trimming study models. The large calibrated work table is scribed in single degree increments for a full 240° work area in front of each wheel. The table is easily removed for cleaning. Standard equipment for this model includes:

  • the #1 fine and the #1 coarse carborundum grinding wheel
  • the fully adjustable angulation tool
  • two angulation tool locking knobs
  • squaring tool and soft rubber face
  • built in water spray system with factory pre-set flow control
  • 3' flexible plastic drain hose
