Cerum Ortho Organizers has always employed the most sophisticated production methods to bring you the best in precision-cast brackets. Our combination of master craftsmanship, stringent quality control and high level of bracket manufacturing experience has kept us at the forefront, providing state-of-the-art product at very competitive prices. Much of our success can be traced to our commitment to innovation. Cerum Ortho Organizers continues to honour this commitment with our move to the use of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) in the manufacture of our brackets.

Why Metal Injection Molding?
Cerum Ortho Organizers is a leader in applying MIM technology to the Orthodontic market. Our advanced, patented process represents the merging of two established technologies, combining the strength and durability of metal with the flexibility of injection molding. High density powdered metal is injected into precisely designed molds, saving production steps and wasted material. The result is a smoother, cleaner, more detailed final product than was possible with casting and machining.

When utilized correctly, MIM is a very economical process capable of producing custom engineered products to exact dimensions and tolerances. This is especially suitable for the complex geometries involved in orthodontic brackets. With MIM, the prescription built into each bracket is more accurately reproduced. Tip, torque and bracket and archwire size are all consistent from bracket to bracket. Thin wall sections, contoured sharp corners and edges and other details are all precisely reproduced from unit to unit. Even the I.D. marks are more clearly defined. The process itself is environmentally cleaner, eliminating toxic materials during manufacturing.
