Deciding on Size

Original version:

  1. Measure from distal of upper facebow tube to distal of lower cuspid.
  2. If measurement is 29 mm+, use the standard size. If measurement is less than 29 mm, use the small size.

Double Lock version:

  1. Measure from mesial of upper molar tube to distal of lower cuspid.
  2. If measurement is 27 mm+, use the standard size. If measurement is less than 27 mm, use the small size.
