Precision Micro Intraoral Sandblaster

Aurum Classic Micro Etcher II is a precision sandblasting unit in miniature, designed for a variety of dental uses. Increase bond strength up to 400%. Ideal for preparations needed to cement the Maryland Bridge, for easy etching of crowns and bridges to check for occlusion and fit, to increase adhesion of conventional crown and bridge cements, for etching to bond for porcelain repair, for porcelain veneer bonding with silane and resin and for etching to improve resin bonds to metal. Carbide tip is contra-angled 45° and the blasting tip can be rotated 90° in either direction for ease of use in directing the abrasive spray. Increases and activates surface areas for longer lasting porcelain repairs. Increases bonding on precious and non-precious alloys, porcelain composites, plastics/resins and hybrid microfils. Equipped with a removable, autoclavable nozzle (extra nozzles available). Reliable, finger-button-controlled abrasive stream. Two to four seconds sandblasting finishes the average restoration. Complete kit includes the handpiece, nine-foot air line and fittings, carbide tip, two abrasive jars, a sample of aluminum oxide and complete instructions.
