Technique:
- Dry denture thoroughly
as PDP will not adhere to wet dentures or wet mucosa.
- Apply PDP with
small brush, making sure all brush strokes are in the same direction.
- Check only one-half
of denture bearing surface at a time.
- Immerse in water
before seating denture.
- Seat and remove
denture, being careful to prevent drag or distortion.
- Make adjustments
where indicated.
- Remove PDP with
alcohol gauze and rinse thoroughly before returning denture to mouth.
