1. Using a bur, roughen up the surface of the break point and place undercuts in adjacent areas.
  2. Apply bonding agent and cure according to manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Dispense fresh mix of Temporary material into all areas.
  4. Hold parts together for one minute. Wait six minutes before removing excess with rotary instruments.

NOTE: While the mix appears to be very hard in 60 to 90 seconds, the polymerization is not complete until about 6 to 7 minutes. To speed up polymerization, the repaired temporary may be put into warm water (50° C/122° F) for a few minutes.
