Setting the Standards For Excellence!

The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies' (LVI) 22,000 square foot complex is a dedicated teaching centre, constructed with dental education in mind. The Centre's lecture hall provides exceptional flexibility, being able to handle large groups up to 300 yet also offering the ability to sub-divide into two 100-seat lecture halls. Both have a full theatre sound system, multimedia capacity and a live treatment feed from an adjacent operatory. An outdoor amphitheatre is also available for breaks, lunch or outdoor seminars when weather permits.

The Institute also includes a 24-station hands-on laboratory. Each station is equipped with full computer technology that will allow students to view what the instructor is doing at his or her bench. High-tech programs will also be held to teach doctors and staff how to use the latest technology. A live patient teaching clinic houses ten operatories and has video capability to allow any one operatory to be observed. Each is equipped with the latest operative technology (e.g., lasers, air abrasion, etc.). Dr. William G. Dickerson's (founder of LVI) private practice is also part of the complex and is an example of what a modern dental practice should look like.

For esthetics to laboratory programs, LVI is dedicated to delivering the finest in postgraduate education.
