| Dr.
Nate Booth received his DDS degree from the University of Nebraska
in 1971 and was in private dental practice for eight years.
In 1983, he returned to school and earned a Master's degree
in counseling. He worked closely with Anthony Robbins from 1987
to 1997.
Dr. Booth
has written numerous articles for Dental Economics and is
an instructor at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental
Studies. A frequent speaker to dental groups, Dr. Booth electrifies
his audiences with high-content programs that are packed with
enthusiasm and humor. He is the author of the books, How to
Build Your Aesthetic Practice, 555 Ways to Reward Your Dental
Team, Thriving on Change and The Diamond Touch. Dr. Booth
is the creator of the Nightingale-Conant audiocassette program,
The Influence Factor. As CEO of Nate Booth & Associates,
his aim is to help all dentists be more profitable and enjoy
their profession.

| Mr. Ashley Johnson
has been involved in dentistry for over thirty years. He
has had the privilege of being a faculty member at the Dawson
Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg. He has
also enjoyed the experience of serving on Dr. Frank Spears
Board of Advisors. Currently, he is a featured lecturer at
LVI and an office occlusion consultant. |

Jupp is well-known for her expertise in personnel hiring techniques,
team communications and practice-building. She has given numerous
presentations across Canada, the United States, England, Scotland,
Barbados and the Bahamas as well as lecturing at prominent events
including the C.D.A., Chicago Dental Society and the Greater
New York Dental Meeting. Anita has authored many practice management
articles for dental journals and has written her own dental

in the dental field for over 38 years. She has and still
does work both in the clinical side of the practice and in
the business side. She has been employed for the last thirteen
years with Dr. Thomas K. Hedge, as his office manager and
right hand. |

Olson was born in Brooks, Alberta in 1955. He received a Bachelor
of Science degree, graduating Honours Summa Cum Laude from Brigham
Young University. In 1980, he graduated with a Juris Doctor
(J.D.) from Brigham Young University Law School. In 1985, he
graduated from the University of Denver Law School in Colorado,
receiving a Master of Laws in Taxation.
Principal
of the law firm of Olson Reid in Calgary, Alberta, Mr. Olson's
preferred area of practice is tax planning and tax litigation.
A significant part of his law practice is representing professionals
in tax planning, tax audits and appeals. He has published
articles in the Journal of Taxation, Canadian Tax Journal,
Tax Notes, Tax Lawyer, Canadian Petroleum Tax Society Journal,
the Brigham Young University Law Review and International
Lawyer. |
