"The patient presented with fractured incisal direct bonding on #8 and #9. Upon checking her occlusion and lack of anterior guidance, it was clear that a repair would never last - even in the short term. She had also had veneers placed on #7 and #10 recently. The patient relayed a history of frustration with her former dentist and her current smile. I educated the patient as to the improved function and esthetics that could be achieved by placing eight veneers. The patient agreed to the treatment plan and the result is here for all to see."
