"The patient presented with discoloured fractured incisors and significant diastemas. He had fractured his incisors in his youth. To achieve a uniform alignment, he required tissue recontouring and closure of his diastemas while moving the midline to the mesial incisal edge of tooth 11. We accomplished the tissue recontouring with a Diode Laser and utilized IPS Empress® veneers on teeth 13, 12, 11, 21, 22 and 23 with an Empress crown on tooth 24 and an Empress onlay on tooth 14 to modify the midline and achieve the final result shown here."
