D.D.S., F.A.A.C.D. Dr. Dickerson is the founder and Director of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Since 1994, LVI has offered a series of leading edge courses that change the way dental professionals practice dentistry. LVI promotes a well-rounded education by teaching superior clinical/laboratory skills (in a "live patient" environment), excellent patient service and exceptional management direction. Dr. Dickerson lectures internationally on esthetic dentistry and marketing a cosmetic practice. He has had over 100 articles published in leading national dental journals on techniques and innovative uses for esthetic restorations. Dr. Dickerson is past editor of the AACD Journal and is on the Editorial Board of Dentistry Today, Esthetic Dentistry Update and Signature. He is an Accredited member and a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and maintains a cosmetic oriented restorative practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. 
D.D.S., F.A.G.D., F.A.A.C.D. "Esthetics Restorative Excellence...with Inlays/Onlays and Metal-Free Crowns" In recent years there has been a rapid introduction of new ceramics for metal-free crowns. Dentists are challenged to understand these materials and to determine what to use where and when. In this session, Dr. Jackson will present a current status report on these materials and address their advantages/disadvantages, as well as preparation and placement requirements. Other topics covered include the materials – pressed, alumina, zirconia, CAD-CAM; Strength vs. Esthetics; Adhesive placement vs. traditional cementation and the cements – glass ionomers, resin ionomers, compomers, resin and the new adhesive resins. Dr. Donald D. Jackson has published many articles on esthetic, adhesive dentistry and has lectured extensively across the United States and abroad. He has presented at all the major U.S. scientific conferences as well as to Esthetic Academies in Europe, Asia and South America. Dr. Jackson is a Fellow in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and is Director of the Posterior Aesthetics and Anterior Direct Resin programs at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Jackson maintains a private practice in Middleburg, Virginia emphasizing comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

DDS, FAGD, LVIM Sam Kherani, DDS, LVIM is a graduate of University of Western Ontario and has been in general practice since 1981 with a special interest in adhesive dentistry. Prior to joining LVI full-time, he served as a clinical instructor at the institute as well as a Regional Director. Awarded fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry, and appointed Trustee of Public Colleges Foundation by the government of Alberta, Dr. Kherani is also one of 14 recipients of the coveted Mastership designation from the LVI. Additionally, he currently serves as the President of the IACA. As a life long student, he has been exposed to many different philosophies in dental occlusion throughout his 25 year dental career. He teaches dentists from all over the world in the latest treatments for cosmetic dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, and neuromuscular occlusion. 
DDS, FAGD Dr. Mark Duncan is a DDS graduate of the Dental School at University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and has been an LVI Clinical Instructor since 2002. Dr. Duncan has been recognized by the Oklahoma Dental Association with the Platinum Eagle Award for his dedication to continuing education and raising the bar for professional development and education. He lectures across the country on esthetic, technology, and practice management topics.
