Every new full or partial denture we produce for you carries a complimentary TWO (2) YEARS WARRANTY against defects in material or craftsmanship.
Cast Partials Covered Too!
The same two year denture coverage also applies to the acrylic portion of each cast partial case. We warrant the metal framework for FIVE (5) YEARS against defects in material or craftsmanship.
Extended Warranty Available!
Now, you can insure any full denture for an additional three years (total of FIVE (5) YEARS). Coverage on each applicable denture begins immediately when you register your office with our Denture Insurance Program. Contact your closest Aurum Ceramic laboratory for information on applicable fees.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Cost incurred for removal or reinsertions, and incidental or consequential damages (including inconvenience, lost wages or pain and suffering) are not covered by these warranties. We do not give cash refunds.
These warranties are not transferable. All claims must be processed through the dentist who places the order for the original denture. The original denture must be returned to us within the relevant warranty period for the warranty to be honored. No work can commence on any claim until the original denture is returned. No alterations or changes to the original prescription are allowed. Only one repair or remake per denture is covered by these warranties.
These warranties do not apply to denture/cast partial repairs or relines.
We reserve the right to disallow a claim under these warranties if payment for the original denture has not been made.
We do not guarantee the performance of any courier or other delivery service.
