"The patient
presented with fractured incisal direct bonding on #8 and #9. Upon
checking her occlusion and lack of anterior guidance, it was clear
that a repair would never last - even in the short term. She had
also had veneers placed on #7 and #10 recently. The patient relayed
a history of frustration with her former dentist and her current
smile. I educated the patient as to the improved function and esthetics
that could be achieved by placing eight veneers. The patient agreed
to the treatment plan and the result is here for all to see."
