"The patient presented with discolored fractured incisors and significant diastemas. He had fractured his incisors in his youth. To achieve a uniform alignment, he required tissue recontouring and closure of his diastemas while moving the midline to the mesial incisal edge of tooth 11. We accomplished the tissue recontouring with a Diode Laser and utilized IPS Empress® veneers on teeth 13, 12, 11, 21, 22 and 23 with an Empress® crown on tooth 24 and an Empress® onlay on tooth 14 to modify the midline and achieve the final result shown here."
