"This 29 year-old
patient always hated her 'big front teeth'. In fact, the problem
was that the laterals were proclined and rotated and this made her
centrals appear large. To even out her smile and bring it to within
the golden proportions, the centrals were narrowed and proclined
slightly and the laterals were reduced facially. IPS EmpressŪ restorations
were placed from 14 to 24. Doing the bicuspids helped to maintain
consistent esthetics into the buccal corridor."
