Position Details:

The Aurum Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate must have previous customer service experience. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure all customer inquires are handled thoroughly, thoughtfully and in a timely manner.

Performance Requirements & Expectations:

Answer customer inquires that may vary from timing of dental cases to pricing and problem solving
Be the first contact point
Answer and assist with customer inquiries
Provide white glove service
Training customers on using the Customer Portal

Skills & Qualifications:

Dental background is an asset
Previous customer service experiences a must
Exceptional time management skills
Clear and concise communication skills
Attention to detail
Works with deadlines
