The Aurum Group is seeking a Technical Advisor to join our expanding team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate must have experience working in the dental industry, excellent oral communication skills, and the desire to learn.

Performance Requirements & Expectations:

Responsible for Technical Communication with internal and external customers over the telephone and email.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Provide telephone technical support for Crown & Bridge, Advanced Cosmetics, Implant, and Porcelain departments
Communication must be done in a timely manner. Ensure all telephone calls \ emails are responded to and completed before leaving at the end of the day.
Continuous technical learning on all products.
Troubleshooting cases when required and advising technicians of problems and assisting them with solutions.
Entering of information into laboratory management software
Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Must have experience with Dental Products
Works well in a team environment
Familiar with dental software
Exceptional time management
Clear and concise communication skills
