We are currently looking to fill a Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan Territory Manager. This position will be selling specialty orthodontic supplies to dentists.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven sales experience, a post-secondary education, a passion for selling, an ability to build relationships.

Full compensation package including salary, uncapped bonus program, benefits and car allowance are provided. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and has the drive to succeed.

Performance Requirements & Expectations:

  • This is a hunter/farming role developing business in the Alberta/Saskatchewan market
  • Must be able to teach and demonstrate dental/orthodontic products
  • Travel to dental offices throughout the Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan area
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Conduct Lunch and Learns and Study Clubs within the territory
  • Attend appropriate courses, conventions, and tradeshows in the territory
  • Overnight travel and weekend course work is required
  • Complete and submit sales reports and CRM reporting
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales within a territory.
  • Oversee the training of new and current sales team members on new products, new applications, and how to close the sale.
  • Ensure that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate in CRM system.
  • Close deals by negotiating prices, terms, and terms of sale with customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preference to medical/dental/B2B
  • Business or Science degree
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, training and motivation skills
  • Previous Track record
  • Embrace relationship building; strong ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Valid license/clean driver’s abstract
  • Professional and friendly attitude
